The Bank Hotel Maitland project involved the refurbishment and expansion of an existing hospitality venue, transforming the gaming room and sports bar while introducing a new outdoor gaming room extension.

The works combined considered spatial planning with durable, high-quality finishes and bespoke detailing throughout. The existing gaming and sports bar areas were comprehensively upgraded, while the new extension was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing venue and enhance its connection to the outdoor environment.

Delivered within a live hospitality environment, the project required careful staging and coordination to maintain ongoing hotel operations and minimise disruption to patrons. The completed venue brings together refined finishes, practical functionality and contemporary detailing, creating a cohesive and elevated hospitality environment.
