Paul began his career as a qualified carpenter and joiner before progressing into construction management, estimating, and project leadership. His background includes serving as General Manager at Romeo + Co, giving him a unique combination of technical skill and operational insight.

Throughout his career, Paul has overseen fit-outs, refurbishments, and complex construction projects from planning through to delivery. He maintains a rigorous, hands-on approach on every site, ensuring workmanship is of the highest standard and client expectations are exceeded.
